Sell products and services from the project that defines them.
Shop runs one or more public storefronts per project: a catalog of products and hourly services with custom attributes, faceted filtering and curated collections, a cart, guest checkout for people and businesses, orders with payment and fulfilment states, order emails, and a customer list.

The working path
A focused loop around the same project context.
A small manufacturer wants to take orders for a few products and bookable consulting hours on its own domain, charge cards through its own Stripe account, and turn each order into work and an invoice without re-typing anything.
- 01
Create a shop with a name, address, and currency, then add products and services with images, prices, compare-at prices, SKUs, tracked stock or a linked Inventory item, categories, and typed attributes.
- 02
Open the storefront: buyers filter by facets and price, browse collections, add to cart, and check out with manual payment instructions or Stripe Checkout in your own account.
- 03
Work the order: move it through allowed statuses, email the buyer, create linked tasks, send it to Sales as a deal, start a workflow run, or create a draft invoice that keeps the payment already received.
Using Shop
Card payments go through the merchant's own Stripe keys, never CrystalSpec's billing account, and the currency locks after the first order. Workspace owners and admins open, pause, or hide a storefront and manage payments and the web address; project writers run the catalog and orders.
