This Cookie Policy explains how CrystalSpec, provided by ORGANIZING GROUP SRL, a Romanian limited liability company, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under no. J22/1300/2015, having CUI/CIF 34809309 and VAT ID RO34809309, with registered office at Str. Mihail Sadoveanu 44, Valea Ursului, Iași, Romania, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://crystalspec.com and in the CrystalSpec application.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and other browser storage mechanisms. They help websites and applications remember information, keep sessions secure, measure usage, or provide optional features.

2. Cookies We Set

CrystalSpec sets the following first-party cookies. Both are strictly necessary for signing in and keeping your session secure, and do not require consent where applicable law permits strictly necessary technologies:

• bluelibs-token — holds your sign-in session. It is an httpOnly cookie, meaning scripts running in the page cannot read it. It lasts 6 hours, or 7 days when you choose "Remember me", and may be scoped to the parent domain so the application and API subdomains share your session.
• bluelibs-auth — a companion flag with no secret content (its value is simply "1") that tells the application a session exists, so it can route you to the right screen without a server round-trip. It has the same lifetime and scope as the session cookie.

Blocking or deleting these cookies will sign you out and prevent login, billing, and other core features from working.

3. Local Storage and Session Storage

CrystalSpec uses browser local storage for device-level preferences that are not authentication credentials, such as your interface theme (light/dark mode), your default team/workspace, onboarding progress, and recently used items. Session storage may hold short-lived navigation state for the current tab. Authentication tokens are not stored in local storage. Clearing browser storage may reset your preferences.

4. Optional Technologies

• Analytics technologies: we do not currently place analytics cookies or trackers. If we introduce them, in the EU/EEA we will ask for consent where required before placing non-essential analytics technologies.
• Marketing technologies: used only if we add them and only with consent where required. CrystalSpec does not need marketing cookies for the core service.

5. Third Parties

Some technologies may be set or accessed by third-party providers that help us operate CrystalSpec, such as payment, hosting, support, or security providers. Third-party providers process information according to their own terms and privacy documentation where they act independently, and according to our instructions where they act as processors.

6. Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will provide a way to accept, reject, or change those choices where required by law. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, billing, security, or core app features from working.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our service and providers change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
