This Cookie Policy explains how CrystalSpec, provided by ORGANIZING GROUP SRL, a Romanian limited liability company, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under no. J22/1300/2015, having CUI/CIF 34809309 and VAT ID RO34809309, with registered office at Str. Mihail Sadoveanu 44, Valea Ursului, Iași, Romania, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://crystalspec.com and in the CrystalSpec application.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs, and other browser storage mechanisms. They help websites and applications remember information, keep sessions secure, measure usage, or provide optional features.

2. How We Use Them

• Strictly necessary technologies: used for login, authentication, security, routing, fraud prevention, billing flows, and providing the service you request. These are required for CrystalSpec to work and do not require consent where applicable law permits.
• Preference technologies: used to remember choices such as interface preferences, selected workspace/team, or similar settings.
• Analytics technologies: used, if enabled, to understand product usage, diagnose problems, and improve CrystalSpec. In the EU/EEA, we use consent where required before placing non-essential analytics technologies.
• Marketing technologies: used only if we add them and only with consent where required. CrystalSpec does not need marketing cookies for the core service.

CrystalSpec currently uses local storage for authentication tokens, selected team/workspace, and onboarding state. We do not currently use session storage for these purposes. Clearing this storage may log you out or reset workspace and onboarding preferences.

3. Third Parties

Some technologies may be set or accessed by third-party providers that help us operate CrystalSpec, such as payment, hosting, analytics, support, or security providers. Third-party providers process information according to their own terms and privacy documentation where they act independently, and according to our instructions where they act as processors.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we use optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will provide a way to accept, reject, or change those choices where required by law. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, billing, security, or core app features from working.
