How Sales Training works
Sales Training, the Training tab inside Sales, is a private roleplay space where the AI plays the buyer you need to win or the seller pitching at you, by chat or live voice, grounded in the project specification.
- Choose I’m the seller or I’m the buyer, pick chat or voice, and tune the two persona briefs if needed.
- Start talking; voice streams live and lets you interrupt naturally, and you can switch to chat mid-conversation.
- Finish and get feedback: a 0–100 score with strengths and concrete improvements, saved with the transcript.
A practical example
A founder preparing for a discovery call wants to practice with a skeptical buyer out loud, without relying on invented feature claims or made-up pricing.
What you get
A scored, spec-grounded practice session
- Independent buyer-side and seller-side drills, each with its own live conversation
- Replies constrained to what the project describes, without inventing features, pricing, or customers
- A private review grounded in the transcript, visible only to the member who ran it
Using Sales Training
Roleplay is training, not a customer-facing sales channel. Generated lines and live voice use AI credits; live voice needs managed credits rather than a bring-your-own key.
